This week the On The Range-The Memorial Tournament. The PGA Tour heads to Jack’s Place, Muirfield Village, this week for The Memorial Tournament. Tiger Woods has a solid track record here, 5 career wins, but we go in a different direction. The field for the event is pretty tough to choose from since it is one of the best fields on the PGA Tour that is not a major. Hopefully, we can get back on track after a rough prediction week for the Charles Schwab Challenge.
Predictions
Winner – Matt Kuchar (18/1)
Kuch has the record at The Memorial to win it. In his last 11 starts, he has 10 top 15 finishes and a win in 2013. It is really hard to bet against those numbers.
On The Leaderboard – Hideki Matsuyama (20/1)
Simple put, Hideki plays well at Muirfield Village. Since his debut in 2014, he has placed in the top 15 on 2 occasions. Could 2019 possibly be the year that Matsuyama finishes #1?
Sleeper Pick (25/1+) – Adam Scott (25/1)
HE’S BACK! No, but we do think that Adam Scott is finding his game again. The former #1 golfer has had a rough few years but this week he has a chance to compete for a win that could lead to a career resurgence.
BOLD Prediction (100/1+) – Max Homa (150/1)
Homa was our best performer last week so we will pick him again to make some noise. Since his first career win, it seems as though Homa has really found his game and we can’t wait to watch his career grow.
