Rory McIlroy 7/1

Rory put together 4 solid rounds at the WGC-Mexico event 2 weeks ago. This will be Rory’s first event on the “Florida Swing” of the PGA schedule. Rory is the defending champ of the event and if he can put it all together we think that he has a great chance to win.

Wildcard

Rickie Fowler 12/1

Fowler had a great finish at last weeks, Honda Classic. While it was great to see Keith Mitchell capture his first PGA Tour win we may have been hoping for a Koepka/Fowler playoff. This week the PGA stays in Florida and we think Rickie can continue his great 2019 season.

Marc Leishman 25/1

Leishman has had a mixed bag of results this season – 1/T18/T2/T4/T3/T43/T4/T62 – he has won the Arnold Palmer Invitational (2017) in the past though. We think that Leishman will find his swing in Florida and we are looking forward to a big finish this week.

BOLD Prediction

Graeme McDowell 150/1

BOLD being the key word here. We like to keep our bold prediction REALLY REALLY bold, so we are going with Graeme McDowell this week. The season thus far has not been the kindest as far as finishes – T41/T41/CUT/T11/T2/T18/T42/82. Although those numbers don’t show that McDowell is currently ranked 18th this week in putting strokes gained. This week we are hoping to see Graeme use his putter to bring home the trophy!
