Halloween is right around the corner, and you know what that means! Costumes, scary movies, and candy! We all know not to overindulge, but it’s rather difficult as there’s candy EVERYWHERE. Fitness is all about making good choices, so let’s take a look at our favorite candies to see what we can fit into our diets.

Remember, Rockheads, it’s all about willpower! My favorite Halloween candy tip…don’t put a candy dish out at home or at work. If you must have that kinda of snack around, put some almonds out.

It’s all about creativity; if you need help, ask your friends!  Never be nervous about trying to re-create your favorite recipes; it might take a few times, but you’ll get the hang of it soon! You can have flavorful food without the guilt. Don’t settle!
