What Happened At The Players Championship?

This years Players Championship has come to an end, and while it wasn’t the conclusion this caveman expected, it was still excellent.

Why was it excellent? Well Here is a quick recap:

• Tim Clark had his 1st PGA Tour victory. Congrats Tim!
• He won with a 72 hole score of -16, the highest score since David Love III shot a combined -17 in 1994.
• 9 Players Shot a
  combined -11 or better, (between 2000-2009 only 11 people total have shot that well at the TPC Sawgrass)

• Phil Mickelson started off slow, but placed T17 with a -7, and closing the gap to take over that #1 spot to within 1.29 pts.

And if those golfin’ high-lights weren’t enough, how do you feel about:

• Tiger Woods saying at a press conference that he was 100% ready go to, and then taking off in his SUV with a neck injury?
• Or the fan getting tasered?
