Tour Championship: Kenny Perry Is Killing ‘Em!
Wow – talk about a golfer gettin’ hot at the right time! Kenny Perry came charging out of the gate with a string of birdies and never looked back through the third round. He’ll need some help from the field and a bad round from Tiger Woods to win it all, but if there’s one thing this Caveman has learned about the Tour, it’s to never say “never” on Sunday!
Fan favorite Jim Furyk, who was picked by a surprisingly high number of Rock Heads to win it, hasn’t done much to distinguish himself from the field and remains tied back in the double digits. Check out the full leaderboard (updated live) at PGATOUR.com!
Despite all the rain earlier in the week, weather shouldn’t be a factor for the final round. Temperatures in the low 80’s and a few scattered clouds is all they’re calling for. So be sure to tune in for the final round of the PGA Tour Championship! Coverage will begin in the morning on The Golf Channel, then shift over to NBC at 1:30 PM Eastern for the rest of the afternoon.
