First Golf Show: Columbus, Ohio

Columbus Golf Show!Golf Show Season is officially in full swing for this caveman. One Show down and 6 more to go. This past weekends stop was Columbus Ohio. It was a great deal of work, but was completely worth it.

If you haven’t been to a show, but are in the area, I would definitely recommend checking one out!

Why you ask?

Well for starters, Rock Bottom Golf sets up a booth with some pretty excellent golfin’ gear (from clubs through apparel and right down to tees) and sweet deals that are show only. You can get some great deals on golf and hang out With me!

Not enough?

Scratch In Columbus!
There are other vendors (pdf) for price comparison, but lets face it. Rock Bottom Has them beat!

And if you are done with shopping:

  • Compete in numerous contests that test your golfin’ ability and offer great prizes (including a long putt challenge)!
  • Test out some of the brand new 2011 clubs
  • Guest Speakers will entertain you (This show had Brian Pavlet, David Mobley and Carling Coffing from the Golf Channel’s Big Break!)
  • And you can get FREE lessons from PGA Pro’s!

Scratch Meets Carling Coffing!

I was a little disappointed in the lefty selection at RBG, and the whole show for that matter. I know we’re a small part of the golfing public, but we need to buy golf toys while there is snow on the ground too.

    Hey aaron,
I totally agree, I had some talks with a few gents that were looking for some lefties gear. Unfortunately We only had room for so much on that show. I will be heading back up to Cleveland, Pittsburgh, PA and Novi, MI in a few weeks, and will be bringing more gear. If there is something you see that we have, that you would like to see at one of the shows, feel free to let me know, and I will see what I can do about bringing it along!

No worries, Scratch. I won’t be able to make it to the other shows. I’ll just get what I need from your website!

She is awesome! Unfortunately I don’t think we are doing one this year John:( The closest one was DC and we just had that this weekend. We might if we get enough people asking for it though! Get a rally going!

    Scratch,
A couple of weeks ago you advertised a Taylor Made R9 460 driver for $ 169.00, and I missed it. Will this sale be repeated?
