Golf
Not that I’m biased or anything, but golf is my favorite way to spend a Sunday afternoon with my pops. You’ll get fresh air, lots of walking, and some quality conversation!
Hit The Trail
What’s better than a outdoor workout with time to talk with dad? Not much. Find a pretty local trail and get out there!
Go Fishin’
This isn’t the most cardio heavy activity, but if your dad loves fishing, then get out there and enjoy the fresh air!
Ride A Bike
Going for a bike ride is a great, healthy way to spend an afternoon. Even if you don’t have a bike, it’s ok, you can rent one! Find a place you both love, and start pedaling!
Grill It Up
Have a healthy backyard barbecue to honor your father. Men do love fire and meat. Make it even better with a gift of grilling tools!
