I also got a great chance to get a Q&A session with Brittney!
Scratch: Alright Brit (yeah, it got that informal), so I’ve gotta know. What are you into, what do you like?
Brittney: Well I love summer time, especially because of the beach. I like to go tanning. I love shopping, traveling and meeting new people, as well as being able to relax with a few of my best friends.
Scratch: Do you have any other hobbies? What about sports?
Brittney: Well, I dont really play anything professionally, ha, but I do love playing volleyball and tennis. I also really enjoy camping, hiking and modeling.
Scratch: How do you stay in shape for those activities? What keeps you motivated?
Brittney: Well, I stay motivated because I love being in shape and feeling good. Also summer, I’ve got to look good for summer. I usually run a couple of miles, do about 200 crunches then hit the weights for my arms.
Scratch: What is your favorite and least favorite exercise?
Brittney: I love running, especially when I am stressed. Its a great way to release that negative energy. As for my least favorite, thats probably squats. I dunno, it’s just so awkward feeling.
Scratch: Is there anything you don’t like?
Brittney: I really don’t care for winter, roller coasters or seafood. I know, I know who doesn’t like seafood? It’s just not for me. I also hate waking up early, but show me a person who really honestly does.
Now that her interests are taken care of, maybe you want to know more about mine? Ha, Just kidding. I don’t want to bore you to death with what this caveman does with his spare time, because I am pretty sure you know its golfin’.
I would like to thank Brittney for being such a good sport!
Alright Rock Heads! Check ’em both out and let me know what you think!

Hey Bill, I wrote an article a while back on Tigers golf swing and the exercises he does to get it. Take a look at it. https://site.rockbottomgolf.com/scratch-the-cavemans-blog/2009/11/02/tigers-perfect-swing/
While it may be a bit more intense than what you are looking for, but you can adjust it to work for you. Definitely focus on strengthening your core, abs and obliques. this will help not only stabilize you, but also give you additional power.
