Are you telling me that I can’t enter your Christmas contests (sunglasses, golf wrist sky caddie) unless I’m a member of facebook? That must be the case since I’ve clicked on enough stuff to finally give up on entering. I do not use facebook and think it’s unfair to your customers to make facebook a requirement to enter your contests. Merry Christmas
That’s right John, these contests are offered through a third-party platform that requires Facebook to enter. We use them to have fun and reward our Facebook fans, and while all Rock Heads are encouraged to Like the RBG Facebook page, I completely understand why you don’t use the service at all.
I agree with John. Many golfers do not want to be annoyed by Facebook. We do however spend many dollars at Rock Bottom golf. Who is the third party that dictates your customer service?

As previously stated, these contests are a way to give back to our fans who choose to paricipate. Unfortunately, while we are using this platform, there is no way to allow entry without using Facebook. I understand that you, like many, choose not to use Facebook. That decision means you are unable to use most (if not all) of Facebook’s features, or applications, websites and other functions that use Facebook. For example, some news sites and blogs (but obviously not this one) use Facebook for their comment section.
Your feedback has been received and will be taken under consideration in the event we decide to run any more contests in the future.
