What’s Your Favorite Brand of Golf Gear?

Seems like most golfers I know have one or two companies that they are loyal to above the rest. And I’d bet most of us know a few folks that could easily be named “Customer of the Year” with one particular brand. You know the type: complete set of Titleist clubs, for example, that they keep in a bag by the same company, usually topped off with a hat featuring the logo and a “I’d Rather Be Driving A Titleist” bumper sticker.

If that describes you, I’d love to know how long you’ve been Company X’s biggest fan and how you got that way. Maybe a golfin’ buddy loaned you a putter that suddenly couldn’t miss, or their golf balls are the only ones you never seem to lose? Could be something as simple as geography, which might explain why I always sell out of Cleveland Golf Gear at the golf show in Cleveland, Ohio! Whatever your reason for your retail love affair, let me know in the comments below!

PS: As for me, when you’re a closeout Caveman your only real alligence can be with who has the best deals for me today, and what clubs keep my ball movin’ towards the green!

i have not a shred of brand loyalty,i carry an adams redline draw driver from rgb, callaway x22 irons from ebay ,nickent hybrids from rbg, hi-tec shoes from rbg ,any ball that is on sale, and a H&B vintage 1962 putter.i play 4 rounds a week and have a 9 hdcp.,my bag is a crospete tsuami.i have tried many clubs and find very little difference in major brand technology.Nickent had a great product, hated to see their demise.although it created some great bargains.rbg rocks,i wear your rbg hat
and most people know who you are,the ones that do not i educate.

Love any equipment related to golf. Taylor Made r-9 Driver and 3 wood. Callaway 5 wood. Nickent irons. Pure Spin Wedges. White Hot Putter. Titleist Golf Balls. Taylor Made Glove. Foot Joy shoes. I’m a 9 hdcp. and working very hard to lower that. Golfed in 6 different states last year, highlighted by my first trip to Myrtle Beach. Absolutely love my Taylor Made Driver. Should shed a few strokes off this year with new purchase. Just wish I found RBG. before getting it. Would have saved $30.00. Here’s to a great 2011 golf season all.
