Staying In Shape For Golf

Hey Rock Heads! Scratch is back at the keyboard for another bloggin’ session.

I’m not sure what the weather is like where you live right now, but it’s COLD at The Cave! That means I can’t hit the links as much as I’d like to. So I’m relyin’ on other activities to keep my skills up to par.

Other then stayin’ buff by hitting Golds Gym a few times a week, I’m constantly working on my putting skills. With a little putting green you can make sure you stay ready for next season…and you can pretty much practice anywhere. But never at the office of course! *wink wink*

If you’re lucky enough to be close to an indoor range, then you’ve got it made! For those of you who aren’t, swing trainers can help you maintain that perfect form during the offseason as well.

Well, there are my ideas. Feel free to write in and let me and the Rock Head Nation know what you do to stay in shape during the offseason! Talk to ya soon.

I hear you are having a big show in Columbus starting Feb. 20. What are the details?
    Thanks

Your Favorite Caveman and the Cave Crew will actually be heading to Cleveland for a HUGE golf show and sale starting Feb 20th. Unfortunately the Columbus show is here and gone. If you can make it over to Cleveland though, we’ll be at the Cleveland I-X Center. Here’s the schedule!

    Friday Feb 20th 2pm – 8pm
    Saturday Feb 21st 10am – 6pm
    Sunday Feb 22nd 10am – 5pm

Be sure to grab your Free Admission coupon as well.
And be sure to check out where else we’ll be headed for our ’09 Tour!

Heh, based on the silence of the other Rock Heads it sounds like most were on the same off-season fitness plan as me…a few 12 oz curls and some power walking from the couch to the fridge!

(Not sure if this went through or not, sorry if you get it 2x)
